Traffic Operator

Main functions:

Plan, coordinate and supervise transport services, ensuring that anomalies are identified and corrective measures implemented;
Establishing and maintaining direct commercial contact with clients;
Managing and organising data using computer systems;
Issuing transport orders and ensuring their correct transmission to drivers;
Informing drivers of customer procedures and safety standards, ensuring that they are complied with.

Requirements:

Minimum qualifications of 12th grade or equivalent;
Minimum 2 years' professional experience in transport and logistics;
Fluency in English (compulsory); knowledge of German, French or Spanish would be appreciated;
Good geographical knowledge;
Effective management and organisational skills;
Basic knowledge of mechanics;
Excellent communication and writing skills;
User-friendly computer skills.
