Management Systems Support - Internship

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on activities to ensure compliance with the requirements of the standards applicable to the company’s Management System Policy;
- Monitor objectives and indicators related to the Management System and general KPIs;
- Support the implementation of the Annual Audit Plan and the Annual Training Plan;
- Conduct training sessions on quality, environment, safety, and work-life balance topics;
- Participate in handling non-conformities and improvement actions;
- Assist in managing records within the scope of the Management System;
- Develop and monitor communication campaigns on quality, environment, occupational safety, road safety, and work-life balance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Quality, Environment, Safety, Management, or a related field;
- Occupational Health and Safety Technician Certification (Level VI);
- Communicative, responsible, resilient, with strong argumentation skills;
- Knowledge of ISO Standards;
- Proficiency in English/French;
- Advanced user knowledge of MS Office tools.
